Obagi-C Rx C-Clarifying Serum for normal to oily skin is formulated with 4% Hydroquinone and 10% L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C). Hydroquinone decreases the formation of melanin in the skin. Melanin is the pigment in the skin that gives it a brown color.
