How do I know my credit card information is protected on your site?
100% Safe & Secure. At Endless Beauty Care we take your security seriously and go above and beyond to protect your information. Your credit card information is transmitted to us through a highly secure SSL connection, which cannot be intercepted. Once in our system your credit card information is encrypted, meaning no one has access to that information at any time. We are under a strict quarterly security audit, and purge all credit card information after 60 days.
How much is shipping?
FREE US Postal Service Shipping for all orders over $48. Select "Free Shipping" during checkout. Standard Shipping is $5.99 for orders under $48.
Free Shipping: Average 3-7 business days
Priority Shipping: Average 1-4 business days
Priority Shipping is $3.59 for U.S.orders over $48 and $8.99 for U.S. order under $48.
We prcocess orders immediately and we ship most orders as soon as possible.
International Shipping: You are responsible for your country's custom tax. You may select your shipping option during checkout and you will be able to see the charge before selecting that method. Shipping times vary.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, there are several brand lines which have international shipping restrictions by their individual manufacturers.
The shipping methods that are available are:
International First Class USPS Worldwide (outside U.S.)- approximately 20 - 30 day delivery
International Priority USPS Worldwide (outside U.S.)- approximately 8 -14 day delivery
International Express USPS Worldwide (outside U.S.)- approximately 3 -8 day delivery
The International Express method is fastest and most expensive followed by Priority and then First Class being cheapest and longest delivery time.
How can I track my order?
You may check your order at www.USPS.com with the tracking number you receive. You may also select different shipping methods for faster delivery. Our free standard shipping can take up to 7 business days for delivery.

What is the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order within your account or the link provided on your order confirmation page.
How can I change my order?
If your order has not already shipped, you may add or remove products from your order by contacting us HERE.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Endless Beauty Care will email a shipment confirmation that details your order and shipment date or you may log into your account to check the status.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once it's shipped?
Delivery time will depend upon the shipping method. If you selected free standard shipping you can expect delivery between 2-7 business days after the shipping date.
Are customs fees included in my order total?
Customs fees and duties are set by the shipping destination country. For this reason, we unable to estimate customs fees or duties in our shipping fees. Custom and all fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do not collect sales tax on orders to addresses outside of California. 8.00% tax is collected on orders shipped within California.
Why isn't my promotional code working?
Promotional codes can be specific to dates, products or minimum total amount. If you are experiencing an error with your promotional code please refer back to where you received it from and look for the following; Expiration Date, Excluded Brands, Spend Requirement. For questions or assistance with a promotional code please contact customer service at info@EndlessBeautyCare.com or 949-302-7828.
What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
To update your shipping address please contact our customer service department HERE. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to customer error. In addition, customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Customer service is our number one priority and as our commitment to customer service, we want you to be happy with the items you purchase from us.
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchase you may return the unopened item(s) for exchange or refund (credit back to the original form of payment) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed condition with all their parts and receipt. Items that are used or not sealed in their original condition will not be accepted and refused. Please contact our customer service by clicking HERE to obtain an RMA for a return.
Please include a copy of the receipt with your return. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable, unless EndlessBeautyCare shipped out the wrong items. We are not be responsible for lost items and advise that insurance and delivery confirmation to be purchased.
Please allow up to 1 week for the returns to be processed, at which time an exchange will be issued or refund back to the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees.
EndlessBeautyCare.com is not liable for customers who are unsatisfied with the results of a product or have adverse reactions to a product. Accordingly, EndlessBeautyCare.com advises customers to consult a physician or professional prior to placing any orders.
Due to health restrictions, we cannot accept returns for any accessories.
Packages that are refused will have a 20% restocking fee charged to the account and a $15 service charge will be applied.
